Evening Events

Special evening events will be held on March 11 & 12. All participants are cordially invited to attend. Details will be sent via email to all registered participants at a later date.

Accommodation

The hotel is holding a room block at special rates for event attendees. Successfully registered participants will receive a form/code to book rooms at these rates via email or phone. Please note: These special rates do not apply to bookings made through the hotel’s website.

Virtual Attendance

Those unable to attend in person can view the Summit live via online stream at no cost. You’ll need to create an account to access the stream. On event days, simply log in to our website to follow the various sessions or view all recordings in the archive later.

Terms & Conditions

Travel & Accommodation: Participants are responsible for organizing and booking their own travel and accommodation.

Program Changes & Event Cancellation: Aicomp reserves the right to adjust the program schedule at any time. Participants will be informed of any changes by email.

Aicomp may, at its sole discretion, decide to cancel the event due to low participation by December 31, 2025. In this case, we will notify you via the email address and/or telephone number provided during registration. Your ticket cost will be refunded.

In case of force majeure (natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond reasonable control), Aicomp reserves the right to cancel the event without liability. Such decisions will be made in the interest of safety, legal compliance, and practicality. Aicomp will promptly inform all participants and provide updates regarding potential rescheduling or alternative arrangements.

Participant Cancellation: Cancellations must be submitted in writing by email to marketing@aicomp.com no later than January 7, 2026. Cancellations made after January 7, 2026, the ticket price will not be refunded.

Aicomp reserves the right to exclude participants from the event due to false information or for reasons of competition policy. Any costs incurred for travel or accommodation shall be at the expense of the registered participant.
