Information Given at This Event

The information presented at this event is confidential and proprietary to Aicomp and may not be disclosed without the permission of Aicomp.

Except for your obligation to protect confidential information, any information presented is not subject to your license agreement or any other service or subscription agreement with Aicomp.

Aicomp has no obligation to pursue any course of business outlined in this event or any related document, or to develop or release any functionality mentioned therein.

The information presented at this event, or any related document, and Aicomp’s strategy and possible future developments, products and/or platforms directions and functionality are all subject to change and may be changed by Aicomp at any time for any reason without notice.

The information presented at this event is not a commitment, promise, or legal obligation to deliver any material, code, or functionality. All information is provided without a warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

This event is for informational purposes and may not be incorporated into a contract.

Travel & Accommodation

Participants are responsible for organizing and booking their own travel and accommodation. Aicomp does not assume any liability for travel disruptions, cancellations, or accommodation issues experienced by participants.

Program Changes & Event Cancellation

Aicomp reserves the right to adjust the program schedule at any time. Participants will be informed of any material changes by email.

Aicomp may, at its sole discretion, decide to cancel the event due to insufficient participation. In this case, participants will be notified via the email address and/or telephone number provided during registration. Any ticket costs paid will be refunded in full.

In case of force majeure — including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond reasonable control — Aicomp reserves the right to cancel the event without liability. Such decisions will be made in the interest of safety, legal compliance, and practicality. Aicomp will promptly inform all registered participants and provide updates regarding potential rescheduling or alternative arrangements.

Participant Cancellation

Cancellations must be submitted in writing by email to marketing@aicomp.com no later than the cancellation deadline communicated in the event registration confirmation. Cancellations received before this deadline will be refunded in full.

Cancellations submitted after the stated cancellation deadline will not be eligible for a refund of the ticket price.

Aicomp reserves the right to exclude participants from the event due to false information provided during registration or for reasons of competition policy. Any costs incurred for travel or accommodation in such cases shall be at the sole expense of the registered participant.

User Account

By registering for this event, a user account will be created based on the information you provide.

The information provided during registration must be true. False information may result in Aicomp blocking and possibly deleting your account.

You can delete your user account yourself if necessary. You must be logged in to do so. Alternatively, you can send a message to marketing@aicomp.com with your request.

Event Communication

Aicomp reserves the right to contact you by e-mail during the event.

During presentations, workshops and networking sessions, you as a participant will have the opportunity to actively communicate with Aicomp and other participants in writing and in audio.

This communication must be respectful at all times and must not include any form of insult or discrimination.

If you do not comply, Aicomp reserves the right to suspend or delete your account.

Grant of Image and Video Rights

Sessions at the Aicomp Summit are recorded, live-streamed, and made available in the event archive for an extended period after the event. In addition, highlights may be compiled into a recap video and used for promotional purposes across Aicomp’s digital channels, including but not limited to the Aicomp website, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other social media platforms.

By registering for and attending the Aicomp Summit, participants grant Aicomp the non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free right to record, photograph, stream, broadcast, reproduce, and distribute their image, likeness, voice, and statements captured during the event. This includes use in live streams, event archives, recap videos, marketing materials, press releases, and other publications related to the Aicomp Summit.

Participants who do not wish to appear in recordings or promotional materials are requested to notify Aicomp in writing at marketing@aicomp.com prior to the event. Aicomp will make reasonable efforts to accommodate such requests, but cannot guarantee complete exclusion from incidental capture in group settings.

Speakers and panelists who participate in recorded sessions expressly consent to the recording and distribution of their presentation for the purposes described in this section.

Data Acquisition and Data Processing

By registering for this event, you agree to the collection and processing of your provided data.

The data collection is done directly via the event website, if not already done elsewhere.

Further transmission and processing of your data takes place in our Hubspot CRM system through automated interfaces.
