Personal data is only collected if you communicate it to us yourself. Apart from that, no personal data is collected. Any processing of your personal data that goes beyond the scope of the statutory permission is only possible on the basis of your express consent.

Use of Hubspot CRM
When contacting us (via contact form or e-mail) or registering for the event, the user’s details are processed for the purpose of handling the contact request and its processing pursuant to Art. 6 (1) lit. b) GDPR.
The participant’s details may be stored in our customer relationship management system and marketing automation platform (“CRM & Marketing System”) or comparable inquiry organization.
We delete the inquiries if they are no longer necessary. We review the necessity every two years; we store inquiries from customers who have a customer account permanently and refer to the customer account details for deletion. In the case of legal archiving obligations, deletion takes place after their expiry (end of commercial law (6 years) and tax law (10 years) retention obligation).
Use of Matomo Analytics (with anonymization function)
We use Matomo Analytics for web analytics, a service provided by InnoCraft Ltd, 150 Willis St, 6011 Wellington, New Zealand, NZBN 6106769, (“Matomo”). The protection of your data is important to us, which is why we have additionally configured Matomo so that your IP address is only recorded in abbreviated form. We therefore process your personal usage data anonymously. It is not possible for us to draw conclusions about your person.
Use of LinkedIn
The site operator has integrated components from LinkedIn Corporation on this website. If the data subject is logged in to LinkedIn at the same time, LinkedIn recognizes each visit to our website by the data subject and during the entire duration of the respective stay on our website which specific area(s) of our website the data subject visits. This information is collected through the LinkedIn component and linked by LinkedIn to the affected LinkedIn member’s account. If the affected person activates a LinkedIn button integrated on our website, LinkedIn assigns this information to the personal LinkedIn user account of the person concerned and saves this personal data.
LinkedIn always receives information via the LinkedIn component that the person concerned has visited our website if the individual is simultaneously logged into LinkedIn at the time of accessing our website; this happens regardless of whether the person clicks on the LinkedIn component or not. If the affected person does not want to transmit this information to LinkedIn, the individual can prevent it by logging out of their LinkedIn account before visiting our website.

Use of Vimeo
We use the provider Vimeo, among others, for the integration of videos. Vimeo is operated by Vimeo, LLC with headquarters at 555 West 18th Street, New York, New York 10011.
On some of our web pages, we use plugins of the provider Vimeo. When you call up the Internet pages of our website that are provided with such a plugin – for example, our media library – a connection is established to the Vimeo servers and the plugin is displayed. This transmits to the Vimeo server which of our Internet pages you have visited. If you are logged in as a member of Vimeo, Vimeo assigns this information to your personal user account. When using the plugin, such as clicking on the start button of a video, this information is also assigned to your user account. You can prevent this assignment by logging out of your Vimeo user account before using our website and deleting the corresponding cookies from Vimeo. Use of Wordfence Security Software
